Numbers are ticking along, over 3000.

We arent that far behind CCM and Brsibane.  All things considered thats a good effort because of our size.

it will be attached firmly to my tin foil.  But you won't notice as you will be mesmerised by the lanyard.

Anyone else try to pick up their membership pack at the game? They'd run out of scarves and wouldn't give us anything. Great planning there for the first game of the season!

Was running late, so tried the merchandising outlet at half time and they had run out of stuff. Will have to try again next game.

I got a 'Nix drink bottle instead. Asked to get a cap instead but that is only for "premium members"

Packs can be picked up from Football Central, Tory Street (across from The Warehouse)

We tried 10 minutes before the start and they'd already run out of stuff. Last year they'd run out of caps but gave us everything else and a voucher to come back for the cap. This year they basically just told us to go away.

Not that it's a huge thing, but you'd think that they'd have it sorted for the first game of the season when the majority of people are going to try and pick them up.

Alright for people in town, not so much if you're living and working in the Hutt. Guess that's my own fault for living in UHutt though. Ha.

Going away for Labour Weekend as well, so I'll just have to pick them up vs Radelaide.

Im coming down from Palmy now, so even more awkward for me.

Its only the first 2 games at the stadium for pick ups.

Suggest one of you  contact the club. Not really acceptable they don't have enough as you would think for a number of people game day is their only option to pick it up.

Correct. As a Premium Member i'd be pissed off if they were giving them out to plebs who don't want a drink bottle.

Just emailed them and got a really quick reply:

"Thanks for your email.

I’m sorry that you weren’t able to pick up your pack on Sunday, I was running that table and we were very surprised when we were unable to meet demand.

Due to this, yes, we will be back there on 13 November for pack pick up."

I don't get how they could be surprised. They know how many they have sold and being that they are season passes etc. it probably confirms most will be coming to the games. I thought it was pretty poorly done (signage/information etc), we went into the merch stand and asked there before being directed outside and lining up for 15 mins before being told they had run out. Just seemed very poorly thought out

I arrived just before the game, saw the long line outside and heard they were out if scarves, went to the merchandising stand inside and got everything no problem. Maybe a communications issue?

We were told the merchandising stand inside wasn't doing the members stuff; waited in the queue; they'd run out of scarves; they gave us the rest and a big black felt tip "S" on the back of our voucher to pick up the scarves next time.  Duly done in town yesterday.

I'd presume they didn't want to loose sales at the merchandise store with a big members queue clogging up the counter for new sales (which was the case last year).

Like the not-a-strike force and not-a-central-defender croud through the season, they'll improve for the outing.

Funny, I was expecting them to do something like this, but I was basically told by the guy (at the Merch Stand) there are no scarves so either go to Tory Street or come back next game. So there were obviously a few different approaches going on.

Anyway... I'll just have to make do with one of my kazillion other scarves until next time. Ha. No biggie.

Saw a lady at the game who had sewn all her scarves into a blanket. That lady is awesome! !!!

We've got seven on the lounge floor ready to do that with, but can't be fudged sewing, so clearly not awesome.  Maybe we should wait till we've got a full two person wrap around cocoon ready to sew.  Ten year license required for that.

Prospective blanket would be bigger but nephews and others have scored gifts.

I asked the damn waitress about specials or discounts for season members before the first home game (since the nix sent an email out saying there would be drink specials before the opening match).

Lady charged us full price.

I don't like that place.

I've done a stupid stupid thing - season tickets (ordered a month ago) still haven't arrived, and I forgot to call and get paper tickets today. Does anyone know if they give them out at the gate as well, or are we going to have to buy tickets?
