So you think Ricki should stay? You defend him every chance you get, so I assume you think he's the right man for the Nix?
I can't work out if you're just a troll like bringbacksmeltz, only at the other end of the spectrum. He gloats about the NIx doing badly, presumably cos he said the Nix sucks right from the start and from then on wants to prove himself right, whereas whenever the Nix win a game or do something right, you act like every bit of criticism on the forum was idiotic and unjustified. It's both equally annoying and nonsensical.
I like tautologies because I like them.

I don't freakin' know whether Ricki should stay, I'm not paid to know anything about what a good coach should do. I really won't be upset if he stays or if he goes.BUT you must admit that some of the "" nonsense right from the beginning has been based on a prior dislike of the man rather than his actual track record. Some criticism is in good faith and reasonable; other criticism is... not.
Also, I see myself as kind of a "reverse troll". I aim to upset people who talk like broken records and want to inflict their own bad mood onto the rest of us.
I just like seeing that kitten. :D

You already have, in my last post.
Not sure how you also conclude I have some pre-conceived view of Ricki either as I had never heard of him before 2008 so I certainly have no 'agenda' against Ricki based on anything other than what I've seen since 2008. Admittedly he proved me wrong in 2009-10, but we've regressed since then to where we find ourselves now.
If we were winning the league then of course we wouldn't be having this conversation, it really goes without saying (but I've said it now!).

Hi Doloras if you look critically at Ricki's record without rose-tinted glasses it's not as good a read as you might think.
His record with the AWs isn't the greatest. He's been lucky in that NZ has produced some great footballers over the last 5-10 years and we would never have qualified or done so well at the WC without him falling on a sword and making up with Simon Elliott and Ryan Nelson bringing them back into the team or FIFA changing eligibility rules for Rory Fallon, Tommy Smith and Winston Reid.
Remember too that Wynton Rufer did well as Kingz manager prior to the financial/ownership issues there that saw him leave and he's hardly everyone's cup of tea either.
