Interesting. On 3 News there was an article about the scholarship boys. When asked if there was a chance they could be signed, Ricki said that 19 places on the roster have been taken so there was one place left, and possibly space outside of that too.

He wants the squad as small as possible (20/21) so there's room to add to it later on and because we have no reserve/youth team. Simple.

So Toto and Pavlovic and we are still short of one with a very tight deadline. Anyone want to post odds on who it will be?

No way. An emergency keeper can be brought in if needed. I would prefer a young kiwi if you want someone who's not gonna get game time. In saying that Ricki just needs Toto and Pavlovic who look likely and one defender, if he's still waiting on North then Peverley, or Bambang could sign
