Season Tickets - Clusterf**k Edition 2013/14

Really?  Can't see what the issue is tbh.

(Note I wrote "sleep" in my post.  I am not going to ask why you are going to bed at 5:44 in the afternoon.  That would be a bit intrusive of me.)

First year buying a season ticket, purchased on Sep 14th and it hasn't shown up.

I called Ticketek and they are going to investigate. They've emailed me tickets for the first game - which is at least something.

Club Membership arrived this morning - as did the old mans season pass and he only renewed on Monday pretty good service there!

My club membership was a pleasant surprise in my PO box this morning. Especially since I had rung up yesterday and asked when they would be sent and got an "after the season memberships" response, which meant maybe next week..

Due to Wifes season ticket not arriving have been chasing up Ticketek for the best part of two days...finally just got a ticket for her for the game tomorrow...what a farce....that said I have decided to get a club membership as well

No club membership oh well at least season passes came through

Club Membership Pack arrived today - nice cap and pin and card. But the letter attached from nix welcomes me as a season ticket holder and then reminds me about club membership. No login details for the exclusive website access, the new facebook fanzone doesnt recognise the account number!!! I wish they would get these things right.

Just checked my Season Pass... Row A instead of my usual AA. Hopefully a printing error as is will be "slightly disappointed" if I don't get the same place as I have since day #1 and I'm sure the people sitting behind me will feel the same if I am in their seats...

Can you check online (ticketek account)?  It should show your aisle, row and seat number.

Well the free tickets worked, have 2 people interested in coming to a few more games. The flexi-packs had to include the first game, so unsure if they will still be available. Wonder if the club has a plan to capitalise on the free tickets.

After waiting and waiting for my season pass.  It got nicked just before kick off on Saturday.  Just called to get it cancelled and a new one issued.  Thanks to the tart who stole it from the bathroom.
