seen them

There stripes (yay) but there a lot like hull city and there more of a orange then a yellow
and the away strips are yellow and white checkered and look ridicoulous, I asked kaylee herbert if he could show me and after a bit of confincing (including $10 coming out of my wallet) he showed me. does anyone know how to upload camera phone photos to my computer?

1. Kaylee - LOLs
2. 10 bucks - ROFL!
3. Camera phone incompetence - LMAO.

Incredible stamina. No shame. Yellow Fever.

That Newcastle strip is a shocker. Would be marginally better with a sponsor on it though? At the moment it just looks like a crap training top.

Im worried now, two new strips, two sickening designs. So far both the ACL teams have had a downgrade on their previous shirts.

Is there any chance that the YF T-shirt design for next season will have stripes?  I reckon it would look great.  Or, would it be possible to have a couple of designs - one with stripes and the other without - to allow people to choose their preferred design?  A YF T-shirt is always great in addition to the official club shirt.

Why have a YF tee with stripes, if the club strip is going to have stripes?!?

I think it looks quite cool on telly when it focuses on the YF zone, that most folk are wearing the YF t-shirt that looks nothing like the club strip.

I think out of all the supporter zones in the A-League when have the highest %age of people wearing supporter group apparel rather than club apparel.

paul, and everyone that doesn't buy ugly shirts - shouldn't you buy the shirt because of what it represents, not what it looks like on you?

Like everything else none of us do anything unconditionally and if the team have decided that they want a certain colour shirt thats fine...however that decision will have been made by the board, owner etc etc  and not the fans, and whilst I dont suggest that the club discuss all their decisions with the fans, it will be the fans that buy the shirts and they have that choice of whether to buy or not..its not what the shirt represents. look at the premier league who change their kit a couple of times a season, they dont care what the fans think they just assume that they will buy it... and lots dont and god knows we could do with a kit that people will buy

Not sure why.  Whoever did it left me no note.

I'll investigate but pull it for now.  If the person responsible was who I suspect he'll be feeling a banstick himself.

Stripes are fashion death....they suck!!!

All you fashion tragics....ask your wifes/girlfriends if they would be seen out in public in a yellow and black striped shirt.

Stripes are soooooooooooo 60s. The general public won't buy them. OK it might work for the players on field but it would be marketing death off field!!!!

No chance.

Just a sample of people on here (and let's be honest it's the target market) would suggest over 90% of people love the idea.

Here is a bet for you, I reckon they will sell in larger numbers than the current strip did this year by some margin.  They will be distinctive and a proud badge of being a Phoenix fan rather than just another Black with yellow trim like other sports teams.

zinidane - give it up, the stripes are coming with or without you! as HN has said, over 90% of posters on this topic have said yes to stripes. Translate that into a representation of Phoenix fans and I think you'll find the sales will take care of themselves.

Its been said many times before, if you don't like stripes then get a fever tee or current season top.  In fact RYOS are having a sale on current season gear tomorrow...
