I drove by the ground earlier & saw there's scaffolding up in one part of the seating for what would appear to be a camera podium.
I'd be surprised if there were more than 600. Would love to see 2500, but not going to happen!

Stevens released down the line, paces it and scores with a lovley nutmeg through the keeper, 6-1 (8-3)
Margetts with a lovley outside the box top corner finish, lovley stuff, full time 7-1 (9-3)
Really blew out in the second half there.
Good to see Wellington kick it up a gear and put in a really polished performance.
Not a TeeDubs supporter as such, but hope they can beat those smug bastards from ACFC in the final. Good luck!

Semi-final in Auckland is weekend of 29/30 April (likely to be the 29th as Central have match on the Sunday).
Semi-final in Wellington is weekend of 6/7 May (likely to be the 7th as TeeDubs prefer Sunday matches as local football is Saturdays).
This thread probably the best place
I never got to see the 2nd half coz of family commitments (to say I'm gutted not to have been there is an understatement) but please tell me Joel didn't get hurt in the red card tackle?!?!
Waiting with baited breath tomorrow to then book flights. Cannot deal with a 26.5 hour round trip again (with 18 of them travelling).
End of an era. Vinnie - It's over.

The usual amazing TV coverage from 1 sport. Zilch!!
Nothing on Newshub or Prime either.

Good to see someone at has contacts with WCC. Maybe Sky could get in touch with OFC TV & find out how it's done?

Weather effected final crowd but 450 paid entries and with free kids, sponsors, OFC, Capital football, the head count was a little over 600.
Not bad for a wet Easter Sunday in Wellington. Big thanks to all who braved the conditions.

I know of 5 or 6 of the usual suspects. (Dale, Dave, Tracey, Boxey, Patrick). I'm a possible.

yep same, awaiting confirmation before seeing if it's viable.
2nd leg is in Wellington isn't it? Might be content just to take that day off work and go to that game at Dave F.

Which I'm hearing is on Sunday afternoon
