Randall scores and there’ll be a very happy video analyst somewhere in Auckland.

Jesse Randall sneaks one in at the near post from a free kick. 1-1

Delianov should be a lil embarrassed with that effort.

That’s why I like Randall for the World Cup. He’s just got that ‘hot hand’. He’s a bit more than you expect looking at him and he gets a bit of luck too.

I like the Randall shout, but Delianov should be bloody embarrassed to be beaten at his near post like that.

There’s the secret: no card for Auckland as they double foul on three Newcastle players on a break 25 from goal. Auckland players immediately up and at the ref denying the foul.

Corica and players complain loudly at a delayed throw in. Yellow follows.

Auckland foul four times back to back breaking up Newcastle’s rhythm. Next yellow against Newcastle.
Every Auckland player is suddenly a ref and Swiss watch maker.

Omg, there wasn't 2 defenders behind the ball. I thought LA Rose had sealed it. 1-2

It appears that beating a team who is down to 10 men, but has a 1 goal lead at the time, is a bit harder than I was previously told it was ....

Corica out.

Can’t even beat a team in 9th, down to ten men for twenty…sorry 75 minutes. Down to 9 for fifteen minutes.

It’s embarrassing. Sack McFlynn, sack Becker. Corica out.

Losing by two goals to a team of 9.

Sad how we are reduced to being so enthusiastic about other teams beating AFC because we know we have no chance of doing it

I saw this down the pub. What have I missed,  I thought it was well offside, only one defender in front. Was he behind the ball when passed???

Not really isnt that a thing most fans do when their rivals lose especially in the circumstances they lost.
Have you not seen all the posts from their fans mocking us and our losses.
Surely fair game for a nixsupporter

Dont get me wrong i thoroughly enjoyed seeing them lose, i guess what i probably meant was that it is sad that this is more or less all we have got to cheer about (in terms of the A-League men)

Must have been thirty crosses and zero half decent headers. Shocking. Cosgrove a waste of space up there.

Every football supporter has a secondary allegiance to FC Schadenfreude.

Let’s just not give AFC the chance to throw it right back at us on Saturday.

Welcome to football, this is what it’s all about, giving it laldy when your rivals fudge up. It will and should never get old.

Always look on the bright side of life bud.

The irony here is at least worth a bit of a chuckle. Lighten it up a bit. It'll do you good.

The men's team will eventually dig itself out of the hole they're in at the moment. And the women's results are worth enjoying. Take the fun in life where you can.
