All over.  Another big crowd goes home disappointed.

Adelaide will want to put this right against us.

The defence looks better with the changes but apart from Brook, toothless in attack.

Francois offers absolutely nothing. Gallegos and Rogerson run around a lot but likewise.

It’s lucky they have the Belgium to clean things up and get things ticking over. He is definitely the best midfielder in this league.

AFC should have wrapped that up by half time. If Brook had a right foot it should have been 3-0 at half time. Big games by Pijnaker and Sakai. Verstrate is one of the best players in AL. AFC have now dropped 4 points in 2 games with a tough away game against the Roar coming up. The top of the table is really tight.

Draw's better for us?  But would prefer a Brisbane win.

Interesting isn't it. Trewin goes studs up into O'Shea and nearly breaks his leg, it's just a free kick. Armiento does the same and gets a straight red.

Well there is no way that Brisbane beat Akl if this is what they are going to serve up

Bouzanis has spent so much of this season sitting down with feigned injuries that it's ironic to see him injured for real. That's a very undignified bandage.

I've been half expecting their bubble to burst. Their next two games are away to AFC and Perth, both very tough. A very real chance of them going zero from four, especially if O'Shea's injury keeps him out for a while.

Auckland are playing Brisbane in Brisbane.  Just hope they can put in a better performance.  Someone needs to knock Akl off their perch.

Ah ok, for some reason I thought Roar were away. Still picking AFC to beat them though.

Brisbane ain't beating Auckland, would be very funny if they did considering how we took care of them (Brisbane) with 10 men, but hopefully they can somehow keep it to a draw, keeping the pressure piling on Auckland, with Sydney and Macarthur playing each other on Saturday.

Roar vs AFC tonight shapes up as a rather physical match up. Would be nice if they batter each other for a only draw.

probably not Cosgrove's, surely. Later a bit of a lol as the commentator referred to Woud as the Wellington goalkeeper.

Lol. One ref alone against Corica ball. Dive, foul and whine. Like Sydney of old.

Auckland are really struggling to put teams away this season. Should have had more than one this half. Really need to grab that second to take the oxygen out of the Roar.

I seem to recall Jeremy Christie being given the name of Plodder by Nix supporters. Howieson is the plodder of AFC and the fact he is playing ahead of Gallegos demonstrates how bad that position has been for AFC with Brimmer out.

Have a feeling this game could turn out like MacArthur with AFC not putting it to bed and the Roar nicking one late.

I hope Brisbane can somehow score and win, I'm sick of seeing those akl cods at the top of the ladder.

AFC need to lift in the second half. Playing nice football but need to score. How did Cosgrove miss that header from in front, peach of a ball from Randall.
They will probably win this but there is something not working with their attack.

Not sure if Roar switched off, but there’s the difference!

And Rogerson’s intelligent run early on- blasts down the right- didn’t fire a ball to no one or in the stands, but wins a corner, keeps the pressure and territory and they score.

Roar have been a bit wasteful in possession tbh. They’ve had a lot of ball.

I would love to be in Aucklands position - struggling to score, attack not clicking, seem to have lost their shape from last year, yet topping the table & will probably get stronger as season goes on
