Hi there,

 

We are working through processing all of your requested tickets and extras for the three games at Brendan Foot Kia Hutt Rec on Feb 14, Feb 22 and March 7 2015.

If you haven’t already, you will receive these tickets over the next few weeks.

 

We appreciate your patience throughout this process and apologise for the time this has taken us.

 

As you have requested extra tickets, these will be charged at 20% discount off the regular price plus Ticket Direct service fee of $1.50 per ticket. Prices are below.

 

So we are not inconveniencing you further at Christmas time, we would appreciate it if you could phone the Phoenix office from Monday 5 January 9am to arrange payment for these extra tickets. Please have your membership number handy when you do so.

Yeah I've still received no word but I'm just going to wait until after Christmas and New Year's to follow them up. The games are still over a month away anyway

I'm not a season pass holder and I got my ticket straight away for fever zone

Just noticed there are no seat numbers for our tix. Just the Bay letter and "General Admission".

Presume that seating will not be double-booked as might have happened in yesterday's game (see Patrick's post on Crowds thread)?

Its first in first served isn't it? Just sit where you like in your allocated bay.

I guess so - but hopefully they will have a good handle on numbers for each bay,as these matches will surely be close to sell-outs.

Think I remember being told last night that there were only 1-2K tickets left.

Any other season ticket holders still yet to hear? I haven't heard anything since the initial "we will keep you informed" email. Hopefully something might happen this week now people should be back in the office.

No didn't request any extra tickets, just our 2 season tickets to each game. Did email them after it was posted on here to get in touch if we hadn't heard by midday on 23rd December but presumably noone has been in the office since then to reply.

What's the phone number for getting additional tickets?

Ok, so I just phoned Kyla at the Phoenix office on 04 801 2203 and requested one additional ticket for the 14 Feb game. Gave my credit card details and got one adult ticket for $15-20 with member discount already taken off. Surprisingly, she didn't want my season ticket number and said she would be able to find my details. Bit nervous about that as all I gave her was my name and phone number. I already have my own tickets for all three games.

Patrick via twitter has said they have got their shark together by saving 4K seats for season ticket holders

I hope they have specifically kept enough seats in the Zone for season ticket holders who live there

There was no need to panic. Additional ticket for the fever zone has already been e-mailed to me. Most impressed.

I'm sad I never got to watch the Operation Chloe film that they used to have at the old Kelburn video centre before it burned down. The cover art advertised "Hippies! Goths! Freaks!", so probably someone I went to uni with was in it.

Same. Panic over! We'll be out of town for the first game but thought it was easier to request tickets for all games and I'll give the 2 for the 14th away.

My tickets just arrived all in two emails. 7 tickets for each of the three games. That's our 4 season tickets from our family pass, plus 3 extras that I requested.

The tickets are being done by Ticket Master, not Ticketek, so there won't be any PAX.

I got one extra ticket and none yet for my regular three games...will follow up in email again.

Haha, I'll give them away, not looking to sell them. Haven't paid any extra for them, just going to be out of Wellington for a family occasion that weekend.
