I would sack chief after this. Sounds extreme but this beyond embarrassing. He recruited the players in the off season, he picks the tactics and has persavered with them and they suck. I'd rather watch a different manager lose the rest of the games at this point.

Rough first goal to concede, awful clearance from AKH and was hard to not give up a goal from that (defenders tried their best).

Seems like the defence heads are gone after the second goal so it will get worse. Had to hold them off first half to be able to win, but I guess it's too much to ask the young guys to not make errors with the pressure of this game.

looking at the angle and distance between each players foot and the six yard line, he looks like he is probably onside

It's close with LKHs boot to be fair, I'm more angry at our crap performance than a marginal VAR call

Payney probably wants to get off the field asap incase he gets dropped from all whites squad.

Even with the lines and the still image, I can't see that Rogerson is onside. Anyway, unlucky to be still playing against 11, but we need to own that our performance and tactics have been subpar as best.

My summary of that half.
Great first 10 mins where we showed intent. Think the Nando yellow was right call.
Next 10 mins even between the two teams - ref missed a blatant foul of Nando against Kosta, should have been his second yellow and marching orders.
Next 25 Nix fell apart, letting in wave after wave of Auckland attack. Still not sure on 3rd goal, but 100% deserve to have conceded those goals.

Should also think ref in general has been decent - apart from that one clear missed call.
