Election year and all the stoopid.
Why as a tiny democratic country do we have such a short parliamentary term of 3 years? Wouldn't it be more cost-effective and better for policy implementation to have a 4 or 5 year period?

I watched every year from Sky's start until about 5 years ago when the ads finally drove me mental so stopped taking the day off.
yea at least with the nascar coverage when they go to an ad on the american network we keep getting coverage but just without comentating. it usually just stays on one cars onboard camera.

Tailgated.
Had someone go through a red light...missed him.
Lane changing without indicating.... missed him. Proof that brakes work in any case...
Car coming toward me on Waiwhetu Road drfted across onto my side... other driver was trying to pick something up from the floor (I think)...

rinsed my contact lenses over and over and tried to put them in again about 5 hours after it happened and it was terrible. cant seem to get the chilli off them
Contact lenses suck. I'm going to have to have the lazer at some point. A similar thing happened as Kiwi Hatter mentioned. We had a team run at work and having picked up a bit of calf trouble I liberally smeared on Deep Heat only to then go and immediately have a wazz sans washing my hands.
It's actually not as bad as you'd think.
Things that piss me off #53670?
Computer games that are released but are still really buggy. Bought Shogun Total War 2 as the only one I've ever missed out of the series is Napolean siince the first Shogun.
Can't get past one of the AI clan moves in the campaign turn phase. Verified cache etc - Nothing. 
Bought Magicka and that is pretty much unplayable too. As anyone actually ever tried to get a refund off of Steam or Impulse? I might add Impulse seems to have far less problems than Steam.
