Anything else you'd like to know?

If you have an hour to kill, can you go through their previous edits to see if they've done anything else "mischievous" in the past, or whether it's been good coin all through?
Deleted my post by accident :S

But yeh I'm having a look, all this guy seems to edit is the Phoenix page and players relating too the phoenix.

May I suggest Mr Hard News looks in his database for that IP Address :D

No, Simon, Flying Kiwi is the guy who reverted the edit, saying it had "not an ounce of sourcing".

All his (the random ip) other edits seem legit and nothing more statistics maintenance.

So from that information we must now decide whether he would be someone in the know.

I'm guessing Ricki takes it upon himself to edit all his players Wikipedia statistics after every game?

So, all we need to do is find out who is remotely connected to the Nix and was noodling around on Wikipedia last night at 11.48 pm. Piece of piss.

Wasn't me. I was on Facebook.

It's unlikely to be "official Nix sources", because of the grammatical errors in the edit. Although... hell, maybe it's some character close to Roddi Rojas who wants to leak information suggesting that Marco's going to put the squeeze on Ricki/Terry in the negotiations, but learned their lesson that doing it on this forum is frowned on. (Does that sound paranoid? Scuse me, better go put Skippy back in her cage.)

I wasn't coherent at 11.48pm last night.

Akld Knitting Circle are trolling the NBR now..

So Terry uses other peoples money to pay millions to Football Federation Australia to run a team of Australians out of Wellington and, in the process, destroys our own national league full of Kiwi players (you know, the types that are actually elligible to play for the All Whites). Bravo Terry! Bravo!

What a pity that our major rivalry is with the supporters of a club who don't even play in our league. In any sense of the term.

"...destroys our National League..."

Still find it amazing that these numpties actually claim to believe that the National League wasn't dying on it's arse long before the Nix rode into town.

If anything it has given it more support (through people becoming nix fans, loving football then going to watch ASB Prem) and money (through the challenge series) as well as it being seen as a feeder into a professional environment with the nix for players (siggy and Rojas,as well as several trials for players)

The interest things fails the numbers test.  TeeDubs used to get many more in the gate Pre-Phoenix, although it was already on the wane before Terry and his white horse appeared. Hard News2011-02-23 16:07:13

I would totally go to ACFC home games, but I can't usually since I play footy on Sunday afternoons in summer. However, I would have never done so if it were not for the Nix.

Should try wearing a Retro Ricki at Kiwitea Street. It's an interesting experience.
