got all four tickets in my family pass today, they all have my name on them though
You know we belong together...

I think that's the way it is with family passes, Oska. Last season all four had my name on them. The strange thing with the family passes is that there is no indication that two are for adults and two for kids. Hence, there's nothing stopping four adults using them individually.

Of course, if my tickets had actually arrived I could see whether they all have my name on again.

that makes sense, it's a good thing to, because the only reason we didn't get 2 adults and 1 kid was because it's cheaper to get a family pass

Same here. So we generally have one spare for each game, though sometimes we take along a school friend - though most have their own tickets anyway.

That means for us, as long as 75% of our tickets arrive in time for Sunday we're happy.

That's ....

I ordered my ticket in the first week when only returning members could renew and still nothing. My colleague at work said his second one arrived today, so I was expecting mine to be in my mailbox... but there was nothing but a bill.  Last season they messed me around as well and had to send me two paper tickets for the first two games and so this year I got in nice and early and lo and behold its happening again.

I'm just disappointed at the moment really, will start getting angry if its not here tomorrow.

Got ours today am really surprised cos only ordered them on 30 July
Last season ours had our "family" name on all the passes
but everyone has their individual name on them this season, the boys are stoked!!

still waiting for an extra but only ordered that last week so don't expect it for awhile!

Oh great, so now those that ordered earliest are waiting longest to receive their passes.

Can't say I'm surprised really, just adds to the farce.

I ordered 9 very early on and changed my address and seats.......so imagine my surprise when I get a txt from the people at my old flat saying that 7 of them have turned up there!! I go round to pick them up and am missing 2 of my student passes, and someone has circled the address on the front of the envelopes that for some reason state the suburb of Northland being in LOWER HUTT!!! WTF?! The message written on the front reads "correct your address via the website", which I check and see that its the same as last years when I've already changed it to my new one before I ordered! SO P*SSED OFF RIGHT NOW!

Noo don't tell me that, I moved as well and changed my address over the phone... surely they aren't sending them out to my old address >.<

I got mine last night, but Feverish didn't get his.

We filled the applications out and sent them off at the same time, and we flat at the same address.

[Enter conspiracy theory here]

Same thing happened to my flatmate and I, we both ordered ours through Feverish in the same email, yet I've got mine and he's getting real nervous waiting for his to turn up!

i'm gonna take a stab and say you live in a street with a name that is also being used in Lower Hutt. i had the same thing with my tickets when they arrived in my mailbox today it had Lower Hutt as my city,i'm in Tawa.there is also a street in lower hutt but i don't live there, thank god the postcode that ticketek/wgtn phoenix had  was right and nz post we're on the ball  or else maybe they would have been mis delivered.
and then be faced with an extremely heated discussion over what to do about fixing it.

apparently they sent ours to a wrong address also (although I am yet to see them.....) - specified a different mailing address when renewed on the net and when I phoned today she said they were sent to my original one.

It appears there may be an issue with Tic***ek using old addresses, my father in law was told by them today they have sent them to the same address as last year - this is despite the fact that he put he has moved and provided them with the new address when he applied for this years passes!!
Now he is resorting to leaving messages in the old letter box begging them to ring him if they turn up!!
Fun eh!!

Frown turned upside down when I got home. Season ticket was waiting for me like a lost puppy needing a cuddle. Only issues was that they spelt my last name incorrectly. Still not complaining.

Its no longer a problem.

Just heard from home - I'm in Sydney, so real nervous if the rest don't turn up as I'll be cutting it real fine to arrange paper tickets when I get hom.

One of our four tickets has arrived. As with so many reported experiences reported here, it is addressed to Lower Hutt.

Someone in Lower Hutt is sitting on nearly 3000 tickets. WTF?

I think it has something to with the Wellington mailing centre being in Lower Hutt?

Which is bizarre. This probably explains all the delays? Whilst my postcode is correctly given, that it says Lower Hutt instead of Wadestown means it has probably been all over the place. Fingers crossed that at least two of the remaining three arrive tomorrow.

Actually, my wife's offices have been temporarily located in Lower Hutt whilst the CBD ones are refurbished... wonder if she could go somewhere and collect them?

maybe the cops can lend her a sniffer dog, because it seems that ticketek have hidden the f**king tickets  at secret locations throughout the country

i wonder how i could have ever held the view that they were an organisation that attempted to deliver tickets to people

Talk about a PR disaster. Of course, the people living in Lower Hutt must be very impressed. To them, it would look correct!

i think it is resonable for us to expect that the club will drop ticketek for next season

or explain what they and ticketek are going to put in place to ensure this doesn't happen again

i really don't care that other clubs have also let their fans down

i'm more concerned that we have been let down by our club

in the first season fair enough, but this season i believe we have the right to expect and receive a better level of service
