Bloody outstanding result this morning, gerrard superb, kelly played really well he was well up for it! Carroll and Suarez worked well together. Good to see Carroll finally timing his jumps well and providing good flick on's and holding up the ball well when carra pumped it up to him. Henderson did not have a game to remember thou.

For all the Mickey Mousers getting excited about the game last night, I thought it was a pretty strange one.  Liverpool started and ended the game well, but were only helped by a profligate Everton resting half of their first choice 11.  The Liverpool first goal was a from a quick break where Everton had just butchered a 4 v 3, for the second time in the game.  Even at 2-0, Everton had plently of possession and got into good positions but couldn't create chances due to (predominately) being wasteful and (occassionally) good defending.

Liverpool deserved to win, but I wouldn't start to get too excited about the future just yet.

All I do is make the stuff I would've liked
Reference things I wanna watch, reference girls I wanna bite
Now I'm firefly like a burning kite
And yousa fake fuck like a fleshlight

We changed 4 players- they changed 6.

However, I do agree with your point. It was only Everton.

(On a serious note, I think we're not stupid enough to think we can get top 4 etc- we often are amped for the big games and lose to the likes of Sunderland away and that- just need a bit more consistancy)

Disagree. Look at the huge part he played in the crucial first two goals.

Don't think he was outstanding by any means, but he wasn't half as awful have some people have been making out. That kid is going to be some player.

That's what happens when you get support for Suarez in the box... Great peformance and so unselfish at the end. He seemed so much more composed inside the area than he normally does- long may that last! Kelly- what a monster! Fantastic performance. I do think our side looks so much better with Spearing in. Skrtel is one of the best defenders in the world right now. Has just been immense all season.

Gerrard- what can you say?

Thought Hibbert summed up their performance quite nicely at the end tbh. First he got a smack in the face with the ball from one of our lads, then took aim at Jose from two yards... and missed!

Liverpool are magic, Everton are tragic, la la lala...

I am not sure if you can compare replacing Cahill with Anichibe, with replacing Adam with Gerrard.  Everton rested 6 players, while Liverpool played their full strength team that they had available.

Great result. Good draw too, not that we should take Everton or Sunderland lightly.

WEMBERLEE! Hope we get the Bitters but not sure they'll make it past Sunderland. Can only hope. End of the day, I don't care. Got to beat everyone at this stage.

El Nino,di you see Suarez is talking about a contract extension?
I think Kenny might finally have realised that two strikers is the way forward? Also moving Adam to the bench seemed to help

Yup. Think we'll see Adam given a go against QPR though, maybe give Stevie G a rest. I think Spearing has made a world of difference in there, as much as Carroll and not playing Suarez up front on his own..

And yeah, Suarez saying he's really happy in Liverpool. But, but, but... he's off to PSG, doncha know?

Can we please play Shelvey instead of Charlie?

Didn't Torres say he would never leave

Bellamy, GJ, Kelly all in doubt. Does Flanno get a chance?

        Reina
RB? Coates Skrtel Enrique
       Spearing
Kuyt        Shelvey    Downing
      Suarez Carroll

How? Some magic football for first half hour but no finished product

We were 2 nil up and let a team in the relegation zone score 3 goals in about 15 minutes. You can't honestly say you're not embarrassed?

People can talk about our good football and "luck" in front of goal all they want... but at the end of day QPR have 3 points and we have nothing but the rest of the league laughing at us.

Been laughing for a while now too.

Completely over it, not even able to stomach my own usual "wait til next season" rants.

Gutless as f**k at the moment...

Rumours of a fall out between Kenny and Bellamy on football rumours forum.

Can't face Liverpool today.

Not to mention that cock a few posts above.

Heard Kenny's post match. Attitude of the players was right , blah blah.We should have been 3 or 4 up at half time , blah blah.
Time to remove your  head from your ass , KD, and accept that the squad isn't good enough.Loyalty to the players is fine BUT it need to be rewarded with performances. I doubt Fergie would tolerate that sort of crap .What was dished up this morning was insipid , and your players rolled over and took it up the bum.  No fight , no heart , no character , no mongrel , no balls.....
Jr rang me in tears when he heard the result- " Dad , they just gave up". He doesn't get it.Neither do I.

F#%K's sake! Terrible! We thought the game was done and dusted after scoring the second. 1st goal conceded derrys, henderson if you are going to defend a corner it helps to jump not let the opp player get up ahead of you. 2nd goal cisse, same as the first but it applies to skirt instead of henderson. 3rd goal 1st rule of defending if you can get on the end of the ball to get rid of it F#%king do it! DO NOT TRY AND BE FANCY by ducking out of the way leaving it for enrique to deal with.

Kenny coming out and saying we should have had more goals that what we actually scored. Story of our season sick of hearing that excuse. Really surprised maxi and carroll didn't start as suarez / carroll were appearing to work.

Beginning to wonder if the owners will move kenny to the side over the off season. He's spent some good money and i'm guessing that he is not going to deliver the targets that were set to him at the start of the season.............

And Coates goal, amazing.
